ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Club Manager to join our team. As Club Manager, your primary focus will be membership sales and retention. You will be responsible for driving the sales process, managing all club operations, and ensuring high customer service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent people management and leadership skills, and a passion for the fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving the entire sales process, from lead generation to appointments, managing walk-ins and reaching sales targets
Management of Club Operations and procedures to a high standard
Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day-to-day
