We are now seeking a strong administrator to support a small dynamic team based at Karratha City Plaza. Reporting to the Centre & Operations Manager you will get involved in the coordination of all aspects of office administration, day to day centre marketing and extensive client/tenant liaison. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your customer service and administration skills in this varied and valued role.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide support to the Centre Management team in the day to day running of the centre.
- Client liaison, including telephone enquiries from customer, tenants, owners & contractors.
- Co-ordinate marketing campaigns & support the marketing strategy.
- Preparation of monthly reports, letters, emails and presentations.
- Processing invoices & work orders and maintain the contractor process.
- Maintain accurate tenant & client databases.
- Co-ordinate Centre Community bookings, liaise with stakeholders and drive community engagement.
