Busby’s Recycling is a local family owned and operated business. After establishing over 40 years ago Busby’s has become to be the leading scrap metal and car recyclers in Toowoomba. Our trucks are fitted with the right equipment to handle the collection of small or large loads.
We are seeking highly experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a full-time and permanent basis. We require reliable individuals with strong integrity who can contribute a positive, can-do attitude to both the role and the team
Key duties include but are not limited to:
Maintain good customer relationships
Oversee and assist with customer queries and concerns
Oversee and assist with the day-to-day customer service function including phone and email support
Process customer and supplier invoices (recipient created) using company specific software
Provide customer summaries and reports using company specific software and excel
Liaise with contractors and third parties to coordinate customer service outcomes
Maintain business records
Account reconciliations
Ensure the company’s policies, procedures and standards are adhered to
Co-ordination of personnel activities including but not limited to safety, training and supervision
Report and collaborate with senior management to promote growth with customers and suppliers
To be considered for the role you must have the following:
Proven working experience in the same field
Experience in providing customer service support
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Good communication skills over the phone, in person and via email
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
