The right candidate for Chef will be performing but not limited to the following duties:
• Responsible for formulating the menu of the restaurant as per the market trends.
• Responsible for the pricing of the food and controlling the Kitchen cost.
• Exhibit creativity and innovation while presenting and decorating the food
• Keep updated with the current happenings in the food and hospitality industry so as to bring about the changes in the menu from time to time
• Introduce new recipes and dishes occasionally to beat the monotony and give a new taste to the palate of the customers
• Responsible for hiring of new kitchen staff as well as training them to achieve a synchronized work environment.
