Machinery Manager:
The Machinery Manager is a key member of the Rombola Family Farms production-packing team. This role is responsible for the effectively running of the packing lines on daily basis.
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
• Qualifications in Production Horticulture and /or Agriculture is highly desired. A work history that highlights packhouse coordination and management in a medium to large enterprise.
• ChemCert Certification is preferred.
• Experience with time management, work scheduling and planning of packing line programs.
• Ability to liaise with contractors and employees at any level in a range of packing house matters.
• Experience in providing advice to management and the ability to communicate at all level.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Initiative and integrity.
• Team player.
• Flexibility in hours worked to achieve operational targets.
• A current driver’s licence.
