Dental Technicians CADCAM
Nova Dental Art is seeking to expand its workforce to meet the demand of existing clientele, as well as broadening the scope of its services strengthening its presence in the local market. As part of our expansion, we are seeking to add to our dedicated team 1 position, a Senior Dental Technician CADCAM Department.
Nova Dental Art is dental specialist practice part of Nova Dental Global with branches across the world. Our state-of-the-art dental lab, recently fitted with brand new equipment, is located on the outskirts of Melbourne CBD (Brunswick) with easy access to public transport (Trains, Bus, and Tram).
We are seeking Dental Technicians that are passionate, ethical, professional, energetic, highly organised with a keen eye for detail. The successful applicants’ primary responsibilities will be:
* Operate and maintain state-of-the-art milling machines and 3D printers to craft high-quality dental prosthetics and appliances with exceptional accuracy.
* Work closely with dental professionals to bring designs to life and ensure every product meets our rigorous quality standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly and perform regular maintenance to keep our production running smoothly.
* Stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in milling and 3D printing technology, continuously refining our processes to boost efficiency and product excellence.
* Conduct final inspections with a keen eye for detail to ensure every dental prosthetic meets and exceeds industry standards.
* Document every step meticulously in our digital system, including reports, logs, and records, to maintain a clear and organized workflow.
* Undertaking any other relevant duties as directed by the Director
- Proven experience as a CAD-CAM Specialist in a dental laboratory setting.
- Proficient in utilizing CAD software for designing dental prosthetics.
- Strong understanding of dental laboratory protocols and requirements.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Successful Applicants will have:
Relevant dental technician qualifications
Excellent organisational, reliability and time management skills
At least five (5) years of relevant experience
Annual salary will be between $73,150 and $75,000 (plus superannuation), depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
Successful applicants may also be given dedicated off-street parking and other perks.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contracted.
