Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Authentic Italian Dishes: Craft traditional Italian recipes, including pasta, pizzas, risottos, and other signature Italian dishes.
Menu Development: Innovate and contribute to the creation of seasonal menus that highlight fresh, high-quality ingredients and authentic Italian flavors.
Quality Control: Ensure the presentation, taste, and quality of every dish meet the restaurant’s high standards.
Ingredient Selection: Select and work with premium ingredients, ensuring freshness and authenticity in every dish.
Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Training and Mentoring: Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to the preparation of Italian dishes.
Cost Control: Assist in managing food costs and kitchen inventory to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources.
Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional dining experiences.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience specializing in Italian cuisine.
Education: Must hold a relevant qualification in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
