Duties & Responsibilities
· Examining functional statements, organizational structures, and project data to identify the roles and duties of employees and departments, pinpointing areas of replication.
· Creating work measurement strategies and evaluating work examples to establish benchmarks for efficient labor usage.
· Assessing workforce utilization, facility arrangements, operational information, production schedules, and expenditures to determine the most effective deployment of workers and equipment.
· Devising plans for the construction of mechanical equipment, machinery, components, and products, as well as designing systems for manufacturing plants.
· Drafting specifications for production, and determining materials, equipment, piping, material flows, capacities, and the layout of manufacturing plants and systems.
· Coordinating and overseeing project staffing and the delivery of materials, equipment, and machinery.
· Setting criteria and protocols for installation, modification, quality assurance, testing, inspections, and maintenance in accordance with engineering principles and safety protocols.
· Conducting regular inspections of the plant to ensure optimal performance is sustained.
· Supervising the maintenance of plant buildings and equipment, and coordinating the requirements for new designs, surveys and maintenance schedules paraphrase.
