Ardent 15 skilled experts provides impact and value to our clients across SEO, Paid, PR, Creative, Traditional, Web Design and Dev, Email/Marketing Automation, & Affiliate Marketing amongst our core teams.
About The Role
Lead – fostering senior client relationships and agency wide relationships for paid social performance media including making recommendations to improve results and solve challenges.
Manage - manage the Digital team to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects, workflow, and implementation of client plans/campaigns.
Support - working with an experienced team of native digital marketers you will assist and support the wider team challenge, deliver and evolve our clients digital investment.
On the tools - setup, manage and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok and other paid social platforms.
Analyse – identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing etc) to squeeze as much ROI as humanly possible out of each dollar spent.
Present & report - prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimisation.
What you have to bring to the table
Experience across the full funnel of paid social and digital campaigns – awareness, consideration and conversions (both ecommerce and lead generation).
5 years + hands on experience in Digital ads campaigns
Technical experience with regards to Google ads, Meta ads, DSP, GA4 and GTM.
Experience working with pixels, catalogues, feeds etc
Motivated and self-driven with a desire to learn and grow
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise
Effective communications skills both written and verbal
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
