We are seeking to recruit a full time Retail Manager to organise and control the retail operations of our BP Petrol station located in Shepparton.
Full Time Retail Manager
Salary $70,000 to $80,000 plus SUPERANNUATION
Duties & responsibilities
• To organise and manage all the retail operations of the store
• Provide excellent Customer services through sales
• Advertising, marketing and promotional tasks as required
• To accomplish budgetary and costing objectives
• Managing financial transactions and inventory records
• To identify product mix and facilitate inventory level
• To manage staff including selection, training and supervision
• Occupational Health and safety compliance
Skills and selection criteria:
• At least a relevant Diploma qualification or higher
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Australian resident or holder of a valid visa without work restrictions
• Previous management experience in a retail setting
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
• Strong Leadership skills to train and lead a team to achieve sales and meet KPI's
• Ability to work within budgets and KPIs to exceed sales, control wages and minimise stock loss
• Experience in inventory management
• Strong Communication skills
