The Production Horticulture and Assistants will be responsible to ensure that farm operations activities are carried out effectively from grown preparation to harvest. Candidates will require to operate tractor and implements, apply chemical and prepare daily working programs.
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
• Relevant horticulture qualification and relevant field-based research experience of 3 to 5 years.
• Chemical Certificate
• Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
• Enjoy working outdoors, agriculture and the environment.
• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and problem-solving skills
• Team player.
• Flexibility in hours worked to achieve operational targets.
• A current driver’s licence.
