Position purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide leadership through upholding and promoting a healthy and positive culture within our Raymont College community. As a senior residential assistant (SRA), you will also supervise and lead a team of Residential Assistants, working closely with the Deputy Principal and Principal to provide wellbeing and leadership across all aspects of university life.
Key responsibilities:
General Duties
Pro-actively lead and influence Raymont Residential College for good, and work to uphold a positive and vibrant culture in which all students can flourish.
Work effectively as a member of the Senior Residential Assistant (SRA) team. This includes displaying respect, support and cooperation with the other SRAs in the achievement of their responsibilities and bringing together the Raymont community.
