An exciting opportunity to join Tweed Shire Council in this newly created position of Technical Officer Meter Reading and Maintenance.
About the role:
manage the reading, maintenance and replacement of Council's water meter and metered standpipe fleets to ensure accurate, timely and efficient customer water billing
provide leadership of the meter reading team, including technical support and advice
lead and investigate water consumption irregularities and faults and implement corrective action.
