The Opportunity
Lead the Management Accounting team and provide financial expertise to managers and staff to support sustainable decision-making and maximise the financial performance of Council. Contribute to the effective administration of the relevant provisions of the Local Government Act in relation to the preparation and review of Council?s budget and associated plans. Provide accurate and timely information and business partnering to Council?s Senior Management Team and senior staff. Oversee the key financial models that underpin Council?s Long Term Financial projections.
