About the role Our client is seeking an intelligent professional, with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to lead and develop a national team of retail BDMs. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the retail / intermediary distribution channel across Australia. Key responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining a pipeline of business opportunities in the financial adviser channel
Coordinating and executing quality meetings with large IFAs
Managing accounts and relationships across all levels of business
Contribute to sales innovation with new ideas and methods to enhance sales performance
Providing market feedback to enhance and sales efforts
Attend industry events, conferences, and PD days.
Skills & experience:
Strong financial adviser relationships across multiple states
Track record of generating inflows from financial advisers
