In this role, you will provide crucial Level 1 and 2 support to our end users, ensuring the smooth operation of our Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Manage ICT support requests through our Service Desk system, providing timely and effective assistance.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems to keep operations running smoothly across our various sites.
Support MS Office and other key applications, ensuring our users can work efficiently.
Monitor and maintain system security, backups, and the ICT Asset Register.
Assist with physical setups and participate in exciting ICT projects.
