Our client is a multinational being well known for delivering large and diverse projects throughout Australia and around the world. A very well known name in the industry with high level talent throughout the business our client is looking for the best of the best to join the team and take ownership of one of Brisbane's key engineering teams on a landmark projects. Our client is a tier 1 builder with the flexibility of a small business offering the growing team development, support and flexibility outside of the industry norm. My client has a large number of projects in Australia live and commencing predominately delivering high end apartment and commercial developments with two major Brisbane projects.
The Role
Facade Manager looking after a tower as part of a larger development from ground up - Long term project
Manage interface with design and engineering teams and lead a subject to completion.
Clarify the technical information, scope of works and interfaces with other trades during the procurement phase.
Manage and coordinate all facade activities, in respect of Health and Safety, Quality and Programme.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
Experience/Qualifications Required
A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for Tier 1 builders or subcontractors in an upper management role specifically related to facades (minimum of 5 years)
Experience delivering projects north of $100m
Experience in Australia working for the head contractor or a reputable subcontractor related to facades (preferred)
A trade or tertiary qualificatio n in construction
Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
Experience working both autonomously and in a large team in a Tier 1 major project environment (In commercial Construction)
Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
Whats on offer
$170,000 - $220,000 package (negotiable for the right candidate)
