Are you an experienced Leasing Consultant or Property Officer looking for a new opportunity on the North Shore?
Our client, a boutique Real Estate agency, is seeking a motivated individual to join their small team of four.

About the Role:
Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections.
Manage open homes and process application forms.
Communicate with tenants regarding viewings.
Work with PropertyMe and Inspection Manager systems.
Earn great commissions for new listings
Candidate Requirements:
Must have some experience in a leasing or property management role.
Preferably live locally on the Upper or Lower North Shore for easy access to properties.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
