About the role This Support Worker position is located in Rosslea, Townsville, and offers flexible shifts in the early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and sleepovers.
As part of the role, you will offer personalised support to clients in their Supported Independent Living (SIL) home and while out in the community. Your main responsibilities will include promoting positivity in everyday activities, creating a cozy home atmosphere, and forming meaningful relationships through social support.
