THE ROLE
The Program Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of a range of project processes and systems whilst adhering to policy and best practice to support the Portfolio's business needs. The Program Manager will work under broad direction, provide leadership and will be instrumental in contributing to project outcomes, to achieve Portfolio priorities. The role has responsibility for one or more assigned projects including leadership and direction to assigned project resources. The role will build strong relationships with the Department's project sponsors, business subject matter experts and suppliers.
REQUIRED
Demonstrated experience in the management of large and complex IT projects, implementing significant business change and IT solutions.
Highly developed communication, interpersonal, negotiation, stakeholder management, engagement and relationships skills, including the ability to work with people at all levels, partner with and influence project managers and executives
