About the role
We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Training and Compliance Coordinator. This role is critical in supporting trainees throughout their learning journey, refining our training products based on feedback, and assisting the compliance manager with important administrative tasks. You will be working closely with a small, dedicated team but are expected to manage your responsibilities independently, with a high level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. This position requires excellent organisational skills, a good understanding of government funding and RTO legislation, and a thoughtful approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee workplace trainees from enrolment to completion, ensuring all required documentation and evidence are collected and processed in accordance with government funding and compliance regulations.
