This is an opportunity for an all-round marketer to join the NSW Residential Project Marketing team, supporting the Project Managers and Project Directors in executing project marketing strategies, and delivering communications and marketing initiatives.
Set up and manage projects in various systems (Dev ID, Particle, CRM, Avanser) and maintain project display suites collateral.
Manage online property listings, email campaigns, and social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Liaise with clients, advertising, media & PR agencies, architects, and other consultants to manage deliverables and communications.
Organise and manage project launches, client and customer events, and provide support for project updates.
Compile and produce digital magazines, eDMs, and marketing collateral, ensuring all content is accurate and up-to-date.
