The role
The purpose of this role is to drive innovation and growth within Auto & General by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) for insurance product development, pricing, and underwriting. You will support the development and deployment of AI solutions and contribute to a data-driven culture that enhances customer experiences within the Product division.
Position accountabilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art AI solutions used for product development, underwriting, and pricing
Contribute to the complete lifecycle of AI solution development, from ideation to full-scale implementation
Collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Monitor and assess the performance of deployed solutions to ensure accuracy, fairness, and compliance with regulatory standards
