A unique opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate Chef at the Kimberley Sands Resort, which is nestled amongst the beachside dunes just minutes from the turquoise waters and white sands of famous Cable Beach. Role And Responsibilities
This is a role that requires hands-on leadership to build a motivated tight-knit team. To run this kitchen, you will need an eye for detail and strong leadership skills. We will be busy so we are looking for a highly organised and meticulous chef to oversee the kitchen and the pass during busy services.
You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen and kitchen team, ensuring exceptional cuisine is delivered at all times. You will manage relevant costs within the established budget, and you will assist with implementing processes to guarantee the highest quality, creativity and customer satisfaction.
