The Role
As the IT Trainer for core HIA systems this is a hands-on role and is responsible for the development of a range of support materials (e.g. self-paced e-Learning packages, user guides/manuals, quick reference guides, new staff onboarding/training modules, training updates when new modules are released for HIA core systems. In addition, this role provides guidance and support to all staff members on all applications questions and any related IT Helpdesk queries.
