Facility Manager

PERSOLKELLY are seeking an experienced Facility Manager join their team for an ongoing assignment with potential for permanent placement.
Working hours: Monday to Friday and some weekends
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing - permanent for the right candidate
Pay Rate: Approx $50 - $55 p/h Super - depending on experience
The Role
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and manage the safety, security, and maintenance needs of the building occupants.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide an on-site presence during business hours.
Operate as the Chief Fire Warden for the building and lead the (ECO) Emergency Control Organisation Committee for Wellington Exchange.
