Your new role
Working out of their Brisbane CBD office, you will source, attract and hire talent to enable the organisation's success. You will:
Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand needs
Developing sourcing campaigns
Recruitment of predominantly blue collar roles across operators, excavators etc. for various mining projects
Managing a high volume of vacancies at any time
Advertising, screening and shortlisting
What you'll need to succeed
