The Responsibility of the Food and Beverage Manager
- Execute exceptional customer service.
- Manage department wages in line with targets set out.
- Maintain all training material and induction/handbooks.
- Oversee the recruitment and induction of all staff.
- Monitor and direct the team with health and safety procedures.
- Manage employee relations matters.
- Develop and direct management and staff.
- Oversee the Management of everyday operations.
- Create standards, practices and procedures for the group.
- Manage Rostering, leave and personnel details.
- Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards.
- Review and prepare reports for senior management.

Salary - $70,000 to $80,0000 PA + Super
