SMB Glass Windows & Doors are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Architectural Draftsperson to join their team in Scoresby VIC 3179.
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
- Ensure all plans and elevations are 2D and 3D for safety and builders’ requirements.
- Work with all local Government, local Councils and Builder/Developers to deemed to comply as necessary
- Compliance of All architectural Drawings
- Compliance of all Engineering
- Compliance with Australian and New Zealand Standards
- Compliance of local codes of practise risk management
- Compliance of safety standards to worksafe criteria
- Provide technical support on drawings and documentation
- Ensure project requirements are professionally executed and well communicated with all Government Departments, Victorian and local
Skills and Abilities:
- Must have a Certificate IV in Residential Building Drafting/Drafting Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience
