This BA will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the achievement of the Program’s strategy by working with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information and systems
- Defining and managing the requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs
- Providing and directing recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information that support the BTGL Program to achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business value
- Be responsible for monitoring and identifying process inefficiencies and opportunities across the program and identifying root causes and recommend solutions
- Is expected to analyse external vendor reports, raise any concerns with the Stream Lead and document case issues and resolutions in an internal tracking log/register.
Knowledge/Qualifications/ Experience
- 3-5 years of business process improvement/re-engineering, data analysis, system functional / non-functional analysis experience and business case preparation experience.
- Knowledge of recent developments in financial services regulatory change
- Tertiary Qualification in Business or Finance related disciplines
- Experience in stakeholder engagement in a project and/or an operational team
- Working knowledge of Advice Remediation
- Experience in compiling and presenting reports on MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Experience in reconciling data and information across multiple sources
- Experience in one or more related disciplines – data anlaysis, project engagement, operational business environment, financial reporting
