We are looking for a motivated and driven full time apprentice fitter to add to our team at Weldfab for 2025. VET school leavers are encouraged to apply. Apprenticeship to begin at start of the new semester.
Requirements
• Completed year 11
• Drivers license and own transport
• Good Maths skills
• An interest in the Welding industry
• Able to work as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Australian Citizen
Responsibilities
• Undertake approved training
• Welding and fitting
• Workshop deliveries and housekeeping
• Site work away from the main plant
• General machining
• Manufacture and Quality checking metalworks
This is for a full-time apprentice contract, which is to begin at the start of 2025 after a probation period, The hours are 40 hours a week, 5 days a week with some overtime and weekend work. You will receive on the job training and will finish a with nationally recognized qualification.
