Experience required for the job: 10 – 14 Years
Will be responsible for managing the Problem tickets and Incidents related to production support and manage the operations for support team. Will be also responsible in handling testing related projects and guiding the team accordingly for ETL and BI reports projects. The role will involve Planning, implementation, documentation and Managing the Problem, Incidents and as well testing activities. Will be involved in developing process related improvement of Support operations and Test management.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the Problem tickets and Critical incidents related to technical implementations
• Handling the Operational activities of L1 technical support team and Deployment team
• Ensuring proper adherence of ITIL concepts in the service delivery related to Incidents and Problem tickets
• Planning and executing improvement processes for Support operations
• Providing technical guidance and support to testing projects in ETL and BI Reporting
• Planning and executing Testing projects as per requirement
• Managing meetings with required stakeholders for proper delivery related to Problem tickets and critical incidents
• Coordinating the calls for resolution of Critical Incidents
• Experience on Banking, Insurance domain projects.
• High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment.
• Strong communication skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
