VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our clients' business in Melbourne, Victoria. Our client, City Mart Melbourne is looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work well in a team, with strong communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for/possess:
1-2 years Experience in an accounting or similar role
Strong sense of time management and organizational skills
Outstanding problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
High-level written communication skills including the ability to prepare correspondence for clients and third parties
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with clients in a professional manner
Experience in preparing financial reports and statements
Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding client and practice information
Demonstrated organizational skills to multi-task, work autonomously and with little supervision, prioritize work, take initiative, demonstrate flexibility and work under pressure with adherence to deadlines
Ability to maintain internal control systems
Demonstrated ability to work with computers including Microsoft Office products and applications, internal database systems, and experience with accounting software programs.
You will have the following skillset and attributes:
Accounting degree with commercial accounting experience
Fluent in English
Excellent written and verbal communication with prominent Microsoft Office experience
High level of attention to detail
A ‘can-do attitude and team player personality
Completion of tasks done in accordance with accounting standards
Remuneration:
$85,000 plus superannuation
