We are looking for exceptional Supervisors who embody Civmec's values. Due to a pipeline of current and forecasted works we are looking for Supervisors to join our local and project teams based in W.A.
The Role
To successfully plan and control construction work and supervisor crew activities to ensure that site works are completed in accordance with safety, quality, time and profit objectives for the Project.
Oversee the construction and erection of structural, mechanical & piping (SMP) mining components on site
Supervise and control designated project works for all SMP duties
Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries
Understand and implement quality control techniques
Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes
Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the relevant discipline and similar industry.
Certificate IV in Frontline Management or equivalent.
Tertiary qualifications in mechanical engineering or related trade.
Proven knowledge and experience in project planning and resource management is essential.
Construction White Card
Minimum C Class Driver’s License.
EWP High Risk License.
Working at Heights Certificate.
Confined Space Certificate.
