We are seeking a highly skilled National Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of 80 leasehold properties, including showrooms, warehouses, and distribution centres, from our Store Support Centre in Rochedale, Brisbane. Reporting to the General Manager of Property and supported by the Property Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our leasehold portfolio.

As a key member of the Property Team, you?ll represent the Amart brand and drive excellence in property management. This role will require you to:
Prepare, maintain, and report on annual budgets
Manage expenditure against budgets, including outgoing reconciliations and forecasting
Collaborate with the Finance Team on monthly P&L reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants (sub-lessees)
Oversee rent payments (including turnover rent) and ensure accurate reconciliation of outgoings
Manage tenant onboarding and lease database accuracy (Lease Eagle)
