Reporting into the Sales Support Manager, the new Sales Support Administrator (?SSA?) will be based at our Notting Hill head office, enjoy flexibility, and have the option of hybrid working. The SSA is to play a key role in providing effective and timely support to the sales team, handling customer master data, and collaborating with system administrators to ensure system integrity is maintained, as well as:
Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of data within all the systems;
Audit and cleanse data to prevent duplication and maintain data quality;
As a Lead Key-User, provide front-line support for sales system related issues;
Collaborate with global and local IT teams to resolve technical problems;
Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure data security and appropriate access levels;
Onboard new users and deactivate old users;
