They are currently seeking a motivated and well-versed hands-on ERP Analyst to join in a full-time permanent position during an exciting expansion period.
Your new role
As the Hands-on ERP Analyst, you will play an integral role in in this corporations diverse Technology Team. Acting as a key escalation point in supporting the underlying technology in use across the organisation, you will also play an important role in its usage, adopting and continual improvement.
Reporting into the ICT Manager and working with both internal Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and external technical vendors, you will apply your previous Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and technical experience to a diverse set of responsibilities.
Most notably, this position will see you undertake the following:
Technical Support - With Dynamics 365 and its Finance, Asset Management & Customer Engagement, modules and ISV's currently in use alongside Microsoft technologies including Azure Devops, Power Platform and productivity tools, you will act as an escalation point that the SME's will turn to solve issues and advance tec
Vendor Management - Partnering with external technology support vendors, you will appropriately escalate technical issues that cannot be resolved internally. You will also ensure SLA's are adhered to and their service delivery is efficient.
Continuous Improvement - You will work to continually identify areas for improvement whether they be technological, process or operational orientated. Once recognised and understood, you will offer solutions to best service the organisation.
Technical Adoption - Increasing the understanding and usage of technical solutions across the organisation to get the most return of investment on technologies.
Security focused - Ensure all business process and improvements support security best practice to safeguard people, processes and technology.
What you'll need to succeed
With this position combining hands on technical expertise (within the ERP and CRM domains) with business analytics (continual improvement and service delivery) you will have a background performing activates across both remits.
Specifically, you will need:
Enterprise Level CRMERP Technical Experience - Ideally Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement) and associated Microsoft technologies including Azure Devops, Power Platform and productivity suite, (or equivalents with the desire to upskill and learn these environments)
Business Analytics - These include requirement gathering, process improvement, creation of workflows and process maps and technical assessments to name a few
Stakeholder Management - Able to work with, and manage, internal and external stakeholders (such as senior management and technical vendors)
Technological Transformation - Able to either assist in or lead the transformation of business practices and processes using technology and oversee the continual support of these
Fluent Communication Skills - Can communicate effectively (both written and verbally) with those at all levels across the organisation
