The Role
The Area Manager is responsible for the leadership of these fantastic facilities which includes 8 seasonal outdoor pools. Through the leadership and development of your venue managers and their teams, you are accountable for the operational performance , whilst utilising your exceptional leadership skills to motivate the team of professionals.
You will develop and execute plans through engagement with the leadership team to ensure the provision of consistent quality services and programs to each local community.
This role will include oversight of operations at the following facilities;
Strathbogie Shire Facilities
Avenel Swimming Pool
Euroa Swimming Pool
Nagambie Swimming Pool
Violet Town Swimming Pool
