About the Role
The Case worker position is a management position which focuses training and support of direct care staff, engagement with children and young people and documentation. Case workers operate under Key Performance Indicators with a focus on mentoring staff to achieve individual permanency goals for children and young people in out of home care in line with Allambis Needs Based Restorative Framework (NBRF) and meeting administrative standards of the States regulatory standards.
