About the role
Reporting to the Library Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of branch operationsin accordance with organisational policies and procedures
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Supervision and allocation of workflows within the branch team
Evaluate performance, identify training needs and provide coaching for branch staff
Contributing to, and supporting the achievement of the Librarys improvement goals, activities and initiatives
Customer-focused service delivery to library clients
