We are currently seeking an OT to join our dynamic team of OTs and PTs and help us expand our services. As a registered NDIS provider, we offer above-average wages and paid travel time. Qualifications & experience
A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or recognised equivalent degree
Current AHPRA registration
Responsibilities:
- Work as a clinical Occupational Therapist
If you decide to take part in the supervision of junior staff you can
- Guide and monitor Occupational Therapy staff performance
- Supervise graduate or overseas-trained Occupational Therapists
- Keep records of supervision and evaluate staff progress
- Prepare supervision reports for Overseas-trained OTs
- Participate in Quality Improvement activities
- Formulate a teaching plan based on identified learning needs and evaluate its effectiveness. Include the family in teaching if appropriate.
