The client is looking for skilled and experienced ICT Customer Support Officer. As an ICT Customer Support Officer at AXR Group Pty Ltd, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical assistance and resolving IT-related issues efficiently. You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, assist in system configurations, and ensure timely problem resolution to minimize disruptions.
The role requires strong analytical skills to address client inquiries, maintain service records, and collaborate with internal teams for complex issues. Minimum Requirements:
• Advance Diploma or Diploma level qualification in IT with at least 2 years relevant experience
• Also, the applicant must possess ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions.
What you will be responsible for:
• Provide timely and professional ICT support to customers, resolving technical issues via phone, email, and remote access.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and network equipment as required.
• Collaborate with the IT and engineering teams to ensure prompt resolution of complex issues.
• Keep customers informed of progress and provide clear documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing customer experience.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide proactive support.
Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as an ICT Customer Support Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in remote diagnostics and support tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
