Duties and responsibilities
? Coordinate food preparation and meal service.
? Cook all the dishes on the menu.
? Provide training to cooks and kitchen hands and evaluate their performance.
? Create new menu dishes.
? Checking and managing stock and order with suppliers as required for daily food performance.
? Create new menu dishes.

? Oversee the cleaning of work surfaces and other kitchens equipment to ensure that the necessary hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen.
? Attend all scheduled employee meeting for improvement.
? Prepare weekly staff rosters.
Relevant experience and qualifications:
Certificate IV in commercial cookery and minimum of two years of work experience in a commercial kitchen
