Applications must have the following skills
Min 2 years of Sewing experience in making wedding dresses.
Our bridal dresses are both custom-made and made to size.
The Successful Candidate will have:
A passion to work for high end, best quality, Australian design dresses, and a desire to be part of a small, passionate team
Machining experience, experience with bridal dresses, silks and embellishments is a plus
Good communication skills (You must speak English fluently)
An incredible work ethic
A positive attitude
Strong attention to detail, and exceptional organization and time management skills
Fast at work and reliable in caring for small details
Sewing, dressmaking, machining, or alterations experience
Confidence using industrial sewing machines and equipment
MAJOR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Constructing complete gowns: Corsets, Bodices, Ballgown Skirts, Petticoats
Machining alterations
OCCASIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Cutting of gowns
Hand finishing dresses once machining work is complete
