This is your opportunity to join our team of forward-thinking, change-making individuals. Operating at the intersection of health and tech, you'll help us shape the future of healthcare.

Our Mission

Healthengine’s mission is to improve access to healthcare by helping Australians find and connect with all primary care providers. We strive to achieve this through Australia’s leading healthcare marketplace, bringing together over 4 million active Australians, and more than 10 thousand practitioners that are powered by our technology - and growing.

We’re all patients, right? So, it’s easy to get behind a mission that seeks to improve the healthcare experience for all Australians.

The Gig

We’re on the search for a Revenue Operations Lead who will play a key role in optimising and aligning all revenue-related processes, systems, and strategies to drive growth. This role is integral to supporting our internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, data, and insights needed for success. Additionally, the role will focus on scaling operations, leveraging technology, and building frameworks that support revenue acquisition and expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the optimisation and management of revenue operations across sales and customer teams ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Drive the integration and management of tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Zendesk - as well as improvements and additions to our revenue tech stack, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain data infrastructure, including dashboards and reporting, to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

  • Foster a data-driven culture, ensuring accurate reporting, pipeline visibility, and high data hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational efficiencies and support the company’s strategic initiatives, including future scaling.

About You

You're the kind of person who takes accountability in a fast-paced, autonomous and flexible environment. Fast may be your default (like us!) but you never, ever compromise on what’s important, willing to take a steady, more informed approach when it comes to maintaining the trust of our team and customers. You handle change like a pro, and continuous improvement is a way of life. You are not afraid to speak up and share your thoughts respectfully, with the intention of making positive change. You take initiative and drive your own learning journey without waiting for someone to point you in the right direction. And ultimately, you care: about people, health and innovation.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a recurring revenue business.
  • Strong technical proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), revenue tech (e.g., Gong), marketing tech, and B2B databases (e.g., ZoomInfo).
  • Experience with Python, SQL, and AI tools for data analysis and process automation.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM models for recurring revenue businesses
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling a business and contributing to capital-raising or listing processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing revenue teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is highly desirable
  • Experience in SaaS, health-tech, or B2B industries is highly desirable
