Your role
Perform routine and preventative maintenance & repairs on orchard machinery
Operate machinery to test for issues and faults
Identify & fix mechanical issues
Assist in the development and establishment of quality assurance procedures for equipment repair
Your Capabilities
Experience with maintaining and repairing orchard equipment
Understanding of programmed maintenance of machinery
Risk assessment skills
Ability to adapt to changing demands and solve problems
