Position overview The position contributes to the successful service delivery and supports the staff that use Court and Tribunal systems and technology. This role will see you undertake the following:
Provide 2nd-tier and 3rd-tier support for the Entitys eApplications.
Manage problems and incidents by contacting users, troubleshooting issues, identifying problems, and providing solutions or workarounds.
Document troubleshooting and issue-reproduction steps to a high degree of detail.
Prepare testing scripts, complete product-verification and confidence testing, and raise bugs.
Work closely with Court and Tribunal stakeholders to determine pain points and gather business requirements for development and improvement to both existing eApplications as well as new projects as they arise.
