The Opportunity
The Manager Planning Insights role is accountable for driving data and information driven decision making and innovation for Jetstar Operations as it applies to pilot and cabin crew resources. The role leads a team that is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining a sufficient level of operational resilience and crew engagement.
This role involves working with cross-functional teams to understand challenges and to derive meaningful insights into resourcing trends and to translate findings into effective solutions. In addition, the role is also accountable for supporting the end-to-end resource planning process including systems, tools and methodology.
