About the Role
Based at our Hazelmere offices, we are seeking a full-time permanent Trade Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for coordinating trade sales of our Midland Brick Clay and Masonry products with a range of WA builders and trade customers.
Your role will include:
Customer Order Management
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents / orders
Provide updates and overall customer service to our customers
Communicate with our customers on stock unavailability and changes to product selections
Handle customer service enquires via phone and email
Coordinate deliveries with both internal and external schedulers.
