About the Role
This position will be an integral part of the SeaLink Gladstone's barge team. The Engineers primary function is to assist with the safe and secure operations of Company vessels. This will include working as part of a team, whilst maintaining excellence in safety and reliability at all times.
This position requires interpersonal and organizational skills and effective written and verbal communication skills are essential to this role.
This is not a FIFO position, but 21 days on and 21 days off roster.
Crew either live in Gladstone or they commute to/from their residence during their 21 days on swing.
Most crew that live out of Gladstone have an arrangement with other crew [generally on the opposite swing] to share accommodation in Gladstone while they are on
